The black and white associated with the look of the dummy gives a nostalgic aspect to the picture. The dool seems to look the sky over the building we see in the reflection.

I have to agree with Hervé. Looks like she took a break from her "daily work" as a manequin and is looking to the building and imagening that she could be somewhere else at that moment.
