The new blue man. Matt, faint praise aside, your photos of people are always stirring. ::thrive! O
I really like the dof, and the sharpness of detail. The composition is great too. I'm afraid that if I had shot this, I would probably just have focused in on him, but pushing him to the left and including his bag really makes this shot. Excellent.
this dude's gots buckets and buckets and buckets and buckets...and a drumstick or two too.
The bucket setup is signature Graeme Kirkland,
but i can't see enough of this guy's face to confirm.
The background is deliciously contrasting the foreground.
Is this Yonge and Dundas?
nope, not graeme. this is the other bucket guy. i don't really think graeme comes out anymore. yes yonge and dundas (graeme does queen/spadina usually)
I like this alot. full of interest. Good composition....
I see, re graeme.
Last i saw graeme, he was sporting a suit, looking spiffy, playing golf and working in the financial sector.
He had a very wild album cover many years back.
He had the crap beaten out of him one day, and then used a photograph of himself on the cover of his album.
very nice shot, i love the composition, bravo !!!
That picture is not Graeme Kirkland. I know, because I am Graeme Kirkland. That picture is a good fellow who associates with Mike - the wonderful drummer who plays the street cars and what not ala Buddy Rich at Yonge and Dundas. Alot of people seem to have enjoyed my drumming of past; I love drumming and music as well. However, I since the turn of the century, I have developed a real love of the global capital markets, and still perform music sometimes, albeit, generally not on the street. Kind Regards, Graeme Kirkland
