You'd have to be a *really* mean clamper to go near that, wouldn't you?! Unless it's the owner of the buggy that put the sign up to stop people knicking their space right outside their favourite cafe :-)

Very nice picture. This is my Dad, Fred Pritchard, coming out of his favorite bar, and that is his scooter. The bar placed it there just for him.
Thank you for taking this shot, he passed away from cancer on Nov. 13/ 2006. He saw this before he died and loved it. Please keep it up.
