I love the yellow-tinged vinette feeling you're evoking with the last two shots. This one is so rich and beautiful. Looks hand tinted.

It does have the feel of a hand-tinted photo...it's beatiful and a great composition with the s-curve.

Where is this? At first glance it reminded me of Seurat's probably most famous pointillism piece. The composition is similar, as are the colours. Very nice!

The yellow tint definetly gives this the feel of an old postcard. Good composition as well.

Wonderful photograph. The composition is strong, the lighting is excellent and the subdued colors work well. Whatever you did to create this photograph worked out wonderfully. Well done!

kendall, this is in nova scotia just outside halifax.

it was slightly hazy, strong mid-afternoon sun. the lens is at f8. i used a polarizer. i toned it in photoshop (curves and colour balance).

i often do the following in photoshop colour balance (midtones only, preserve luminance on):

cyan/red = +10
magenta/green = +5
yellow/blue = -10
