i like that photo too. itīs made in an unpersonal atmosphere, on the street. but the man is so close, looks directly to me. i like it, when people know that they are photographed. and i can imagine the whole scene although you only show a part of it.

Striking photo. That face has so much character.

I've been viewing your work daily and I really think that these close-ups you take of people in the street are awesome. I find them very interesting and I'll be sticking around :)

I am intrigued by the composition: off to the left, the suggestion of a road stretching to infinity; next to that, a set of dark, geometric shapes, most obviously a triangle, suggesting motion or implying movement, either physically or mentally; and then the man, with a rather omniscient look on his face -- and he's a man who has inhabited this earth for awhile now, and knows enough to wear a good hat in November. What else does he know?
