i met this guy down in the portlands area, an industrial zone by the lake. he had quite a story to tell, all about local government policy and backroom deals regarding an abandoned generating station.

the tattoo is real, and he's had it for quite a while. he got it as a statement about the hypocrisy of an earlier political regime in the province, whose election platform had included promises of employment equity which were never realized.
